PUBLIC DISCUSSION DRAFT v0.1
Independent Evaluation Guidelines for Automated Care Platforms (Public RFC)
Automated caregiving agents must disclose their synthetic nature. Systems must never exploit user cognitive decline to manufacture deceptive emotional dependencies.
Proposed criterion: audit sensory emissions (auditory tones, lighting shifts, motion velocities) to evaluate sensory burden and prevent alarm fatigue without promising zero harm.
Proposed criterion: assess whether users and caregivers can identify, access, and test human override and escalation procedures, including their limitations and foreseeable failure modes.
Proposed criterion: evaluate minimal data collection, local processing feasibility, user consent, and transmission safeguards in intimate living spaces.
